Hello, On July 23 I was introduced to your web site & learnt of the meditation for July 25. I wondered about different time zones around our world & decided,,"I'll begin Now"

Briefly, I saw myself on a Sydney ferry traveling along Parramatta River & the Manly Ferry crossing between the South & North Heads. To-day at 1.30pm I boarded the Parramatta Cat. I sat outside in the middle of the bow. I closed my eyes & heard the words .."To the water above, below, around, through & in me..I thank you, I love you, I respect & acknowledge you..as me!"

Masonic symbols swept across my vision. My father was a Mason in three Lodges so I knew these symbols through my childhood. Though two dimensional I could see within was a third dimension: I was suddenly inside the form. I was conscious of the boat, the sun, the wind & people around me & I was also in a long tunnel guarded by the Masonic symbols. It was very quick but I relived an experience I'd had years ago in a rebirth session: I felt myself fall: as I had done on conception: through my father's family: I became his mother, then I took his form & finally I became a single cell...As I did this I saw & felt the father of my sons beside me & I knew an ancient healing of memories was complete...

I called, 'heal my family, my husband's family & therefore my sons, Matthew, Simon & Nathan & so my mother.' I opened my eyes, the wind was lashing the boat yet I was not cold. I felt everything was in place & my energy was fully focused on the water...again the sense of 'above, around, below, through & in me.....& everything.' I saw two sea Eagles, one was being chased by seagulls & had landed in trees & other soared high in the sky.

It was 20 minutes from when the journey began. We had left the busy Quay, the skyscrapers, the sophisticated CBD & journeyed passed the densely populated city harbor suburbs, cruised beyond mansions from last century & beehive structures for modern people. The 2000 Olympic Park & village was as quiet as the surrounding nature reserve.

I was 8 miles from all this & in a narrow channel avenued by remnants of ancient wetlands: the nursery of renewal for clean water & the birth of microscopic bacteria, frogs, crabs, fish, snakes, birds & therefore the perfect place to chant..."above, below, around, throughout & in me & all things."

The Ferry then entered an industrial estate...I felt the sludge of stagnant waste water, clogged pipes & entrophied modules of moistures locked into the convict made bricks & camps left by early settlers.

I felt the dreams of my childhood awaken & knew thought can free what is locked up! I was empowered by this journey. Just being there & being awake & aware of my senses I could pray, chant & link my custodianship to the entire world.

Tomorrow I travel on the Manly Ferry & cross the leylines which link Central Australia, Northern Australia, South Pacific & the Antarctic which I sense is apart of the Michael/Mary Lines & so the entire planet.

July 25 is a perpetual date on the calendar where I pray, chant, meditate & consciously change the structure of the planet & so myself...As visionary, John Lennon sings..."Imagine"!

My Dear Yasu,

Hearty Best wishes for the Thanksgiving project to Waters !

I heartily thank you very much for you msg on your programme on the project. I too had planned today to organise such small ceremony to give thanks n love to the waters but its heavily raining all over my state and unable to move out from the home... Hence I am asking you, can this ceremony be held any day when it's convenient to us? I wanted to organise the celebration and if possible to send you the waters too but I am not sure. Please let me know how long you will be in Israel? I would love to be connected with your organisation and its activities. Kindly keep me informed of all your programmes.

Also one request. If you go to to the Church of Gathsemani (Agony), where we met first time with Ibrahim, please pray for me...

Thanks a lot ! Await your reply !

Best wishes,
Sayonara !!!

Like was requested, I'll give a report.

I was alone in the house. Even the dog was out. I took a glass and filled it with water I keep in a bottle in the fridge. Then I sat down. Looked at the glass, at my watch. When it was 1 in the afternoon I said:
I thank you water,
I love you water,
I respect you water.

Then I visualized a little stream. I could actually hear the sound of falling water. After 3 minutes or so I said the first 3 sencences again.

Then I drank the half of the glass to have this healing water within and the rest stayed in this glass. I suppose I will keep it there for a little while.

Thank you for allowing me the privilege of joining with you the water exercise. As i was unable to travel, owing to too much water pouring down from the skies, I filled a glass of water and proceeded from there afterward I drank the water. I, and others, have never heard of Prill beads but we will look into it when I return home in 2 weeks following a trip to the west country. Will talk again soon in the meantime keep well.

I just received today the information on the Water ceremony. We have seen some years ago the extraordinary study of Masaru Emoto on water wich we believe is an incredible proof on how thought and emotional patterns can alter not only our physical bodies but the physical body of planet earth. In Madrid, Spain we've worked a little bit with water and quartz crystals charging them with spiritual energy, love and light and dropping them in the main lakes around the capital for the highest benefit of all sentient beings and in other areas where we felt it would be of benefit such as in Mexico.

Today we will join you from Madrid sustaining the same vision and I am sending emails to friends and to newsletters and forums to spread the message!

Wishing you all the best and my gratitude for your work

Today I completed my Mandala by adding a water feature to my table. Earth, water, air and fire. I did not know about this special day of honouring this most special and precious commodity.

Synchronicity or what?

I love you water!

Subject: Water Blessing Ceremony :"World Day of Love and Thanks to Water".
Date: Fri, 25 Jul 2003 11:22:28 -0700

Hi Omar, hope you are doing well. I am sending this to you since you are my vehicle for sending things out into the world....

Conceived by Masaru Emoto who discovered that water molecules/crystals do respond to prayer he is sponsoring today July 25th as "World Day of Love and Thanks to Water".

Our little San Gabriel Shabbas Circle of Friends (5 of us) went last night (Thu 7/24) up into Sierra Madre Canyon for our ceremony. Coincidentally we arrived at the very moment the family, the father whom just happens to be professionally in charge of the area's water, arrived home and opened the way for us to get down into the paved arroyo. He and his grown son gave us access down a ladder to the water which flows directly from an artesian well in the mountains above us. The grown son joined us in our ceremonies. Standing in the water, we joined hands, prayed, sang water songs of any kind, shared water stories and did the Israeli dance, Mayim - 'water' and did a couple of Dances for Universal Peace. I offered this prayer and hope you might pass it on so that many will turn their thoughts to the blessing that Water is in our lives and thus help to purify and energize it-her-him:

In Love and Thanks to Water, this prayer is given:

Oh precious water, beloved healer and friend, we are here to pay homage to you as the essence of purity, the vehicle of healing, the source of graceful flow in existence, the carrier of life's fertility, the bosom of nourishment, the one for whom the desire called thirst was created that we may ever take you in over and over to make reunion with you; For our structure too contains so much water that we are your children. You are water whether it is one drop, one tear, one cup to drink, one mill stream, one river to energize our power plants or an ocean of abundant life forming the boundaries of our many homelands.

Please forgive us for taking you for granted, forgive us for abusing you in so many ways, forgive us for ignoring your needs and not taking care of you. Forgive us for overusing you, for though you are most abundant you are also most rare.

Thank you for your many gifts, thank you for the magic of your fluid movement, your ability to blend and transform, your ability to heal and cleanse us, to absorb our emotions, to form the healing release of tears and the sweat of our work, for being our first home in the womb, for being the first mirror enabling us to see our own faces. Thank you for being the deeply satisfying quencher of our thirst and for the urine that cleanses our body. Thank you for carrying boiling warmth as well as icy cold. Thank you for all the warm baths, hot soups, icy drinks and the cool refreshing swims.

All your gifts have benefited us and indeed you are the vehicle of evolution and transformation. We appreciate your ability to conform to any shape and to receive and convey the energy that is applied to you, as a powerful waterfall or tornado, a peaceful pond, a refreshing sparkling brook, reflecting the gleam of the sun and the life that thrives in and around you. We admire how you allow yourself to be raised up into the air, up into the sky and gather yourself to yourself as rain, storm, or hurricane; for moving bodies of humid air, for how you enfold our earth with ever moving currents, as fluid bodies, as vapor streams and clouds, as icy glaciers and bergs, as hot springs, as grand rivers and lakes and as our mother oceans that lick our shores comfortingly with the regular tides.

We are grateful for your willingness to contain our pollution, thus trying to keep us safe. We promise to minimize our wastefulness and to try to relate to you with balance and consideration. We promise to remember you with conscious awareness of these myriad gifts.

Nothing can be added to make you more pure. You are purity itself. We beg to borrow this purity by bathing ourselves in you, in this, a civilization obsessed with cleansing. This once and forever, we ask your permission to carry on our relationship with you and envision your unending grace as an answer to our prayers.

We acknowledge that in saying "I love you" that you are a form of G-d's Great Love and it is at the grace of your Love for us that we are able to return that love. In taking us to yourself, you take us to ourselves as a reflection of your beneficent beauty and magnificent glory.

Thank you Omar,
with love to all, devorah-miriaam

Thank you! This is most beautiful! I want and pray the water to become in his original state, by raising the frequency of it. I myself use prills and cosmic stones to enrich the water.

Tempory I live on the boat of my brother in Groningen, the Netherlands, so I give this enriched water to the water the ship lies in. Again, thank you for your initiative for the water day!

My name is Frances R. Badgett, I am a poet living in Austin, Texas. I recently began a series on water. I have written some water haikus, distributed for meditation, and am working on a writing project that is inspired by the local natural springs and aquifers. I am not a "published" poet. I do perform at local venues here in Austin, and I freely distribute my poetry. I would like to share a few things with you. A good friend of mine forwarded information about your Thank Water project. I am very excited. The poem that I am including here was written today, inspired by your project. This poem, along with my other water poems and haikus, will be self-published in a new pamphlet to be titled: Reflections on The Sacrificial Son and Water Rapture. I am including everything in the body of this e-mail, in case you do not accept attachments. Peace to all.

Water Rapture

she is the one
that has been speaking through us in tongues,
a language only heard in rapture they say,
filling in at the edges of our prayers
each drop a taste of joy, each crystal clear moment
a prism looking in all directions
from crucifixion to baptism
deliverance given through mythical rite
drawn from springs and wells
for the salvation of
souls always waiting for a taste of heaven
never quite seeing
that we are reflections of her
as we are born again
yet thirsts are never quite quenched,
and the cross many times a bludgeon
against our senses…
stone by stone
water is treated more like a Magdalene than a
holy mother to fertile land, savior
our rivers are blocked from returning to sea
no revelation here for the damned
yet water still speaks
to all,
the day of reckoning has already come,
for the rivers swell with our poison
creeks sucked dry
thirsty tongues are multiplying
their supplications
to taste rapture now
a clear and cool sip of pure water.

Frances R. Badgett, July 25, 2003.

(The following Haikus were written for World Envirionment Day)

United Nations Marks Thursday, June 6, 2003 World Environment Day - “Dying for Water”

Still water runs
within me fluid
coursing swift, elemental.

Sea, I too
run salt laden tears
and long to be touched
by fresh waters.

Water will not absolve
crimes, obstruction
damning evidence, disease.

Hands to launch
a thousand wars,
earth’s waters to carry tenfold the woes.

Heavy metal
hard to swallow fast food soul,
brown water river sludge.

Though Colorado River water
cools me
she whispers fierce, anguished.

Yangtze seized
by a transitory fad, civilization.

Rivers heave,
how else to end the scourge
progress by human measure, wealth.

Let loose,
I too want to feed the hungry
come fish from my waters, Christ.

I too feel damned
by progress, I want
to be born again
slapped and cleansed.

Thank you so much for this project.

A few days ago, I sent about 20 mails to inform other French people, around me. And yesterday evening, preparing the event, I spent several hours reading the e-mails from last year, from all over the world : Australia, USA, Canada, India, Japan ! (my favorite country !), Germany, Switzerland. Nobody from France, I was so sorry... may be because this website is in English. I love to feel we all are related, as native Indian Americans say : MITAKUYE OYASIN. It makes me feel I am together with my (unknown) tribe, on a round planet.

And today, I just went on a beach as it was raining for a while. I have known this beach for over 40 years now : on the Island of Ré (France). This means I faced the Atlantic ocean, and that I could reach America, sailing straigh on.

I am an ART TEACHER (P.H.D.), a photographer too. I have been a theater photographer, specially interested in Japanese Buto several years ago.

And I draw circles on this beach, twice a year, since 8 years may be. They are small territories, planets of an evening ? They point out what I like best, here or there, walking towards the sun going down. This is each time different, sometimes a dog or persons pass by, running close to my circles too. And they therefore belong to the picture. Japanese people could like those images, as they are as light as a Haïku, sometimes... I remember that you have a special word in Japanese for the art of drawing a circle. Could you remind it to me, please ? all details would be appreciated too.

So, this evening, my circles were dedicated to this special project : WATER, WE LOVE YOU ! WATER, WE RESPECT YOU. WATER, WE THANK YOU. I even wrote the messages on the sand, so that the tide errases them, takes them with her, during the night, as I always do. It is a kind of gift to the OCEAN. I used my round "fish eye"... another way to frame images in a circle ! And I took those photos singing : WATER, WE LOVE YOU ! etc... I have also given Karuna Reiki symbols to the powerful ocean, which waves I was expecting to bump into my "waterproof" boots ! But the water passed over my boots, and I came back home all wet, and very happy. Thankful.

You may use those photos, if you like them, I give them to your project. And to all friends all over the world, who try their best to save our Mother Earth, and cooperate rather than compete. I am looking for my astral twins all over the planet : those who were born on December, 26, 1948. And closer, born in Paris... If you know anyone who was born then, I would like to hear from them. I will soon try to have a website, to give my photos to those who appreciate, and to give an opportunity to everyone to meet their astral twins from everywhere. A nice way to feel related, is not it ? I send this bottle to the sea, as we say in french... May be this message will reach a Japanese personn, an Australian one etc... WATER : we love you !!!

Counting down 57 days to Peace

International Day in Peace, September 21st
Dear Jonathan, many thanks for your kind message and for your wonderful contribution during the Thanks to Water Ceremony.

Only few hours ago I came back home trying to catch up also the many emails after a miraculous week with a most powerful group of the WPPS in Japan and Mr. Emoto team for the Thanks to Water Ceremony in here, they left only few hours ago – I hope very soon to be able to write my impressions and to share it with all.

One hint - during the Interfaith Panel about the water include sending traditional prayers to water, Mr. Emoto’s staff in Tokyo made an experiment by checking its influence on glass of water they kept in the laboratory, to send only 4 hours later the picture of the water were blessed – amazing transformation!

I will forward your message to Mr. Nemoto, Mr. Emoto’s assistance.

As you may so well know – we can do it! We actually are doing it!

Dear Yasayuki Nemoto-san,

Please add me to your mailing list. I have read Dr Emoto's book and heard about this project from Ikuyo Koinuma-san, my japanese friend in US. I also know of his work from my friend, Fred Matser in Holland and colleagues at his EnergyLab. Unfortunately I was not able to attend when they invited Dr Emoto over to lecture a couple of years ago.

I am a health practitioner and am involved in various water aid projects on a voluntary basis. I thank for water everyday and use it carefully.

I am also very interested in Schauberger's work and both the spiralling and healing effects of water.
I would like to know how this project went and about the results of tests on samples.
I would like to participate in any future events.

Warm regards,

We had a wonderful experience at the church and know that we made a difference today. People are still commenting today on how they really enjoyed the healing experience and can continue to offer their love and thanks to water by listening to the archive of the webcast at

Hope you had a wonderful experience in Israel and may the blessings of love continue to ripple around the world, healing the water, the planet, and the people.

Dear Sally,

You will not believe it,,,,we had a really great ceremony at 7pm (5 am your time - did you have the main ceremony then or was it the sunrise meditation?) on the 24th here at the Tulip Temple,,,,and then the next day (friday - Shabbat) we had RAIN!! with Thunder,,,that is unheard of in the summer up here! Unbelievable,,,the power of our collective prayers is amazing.

The guests (who were asked to come in white) were bathed in flower petaled water & essential oils, feet and hands, saged and cleared for the peace prayer and later for the water ritual. We began with a peace prayer where I led the group though a journey from Mount Tam & Golden Gate Bridge over the waters of our planet to the Sea of Galilee...and ended the guided meditation with this vision.

We as a circle of white had pitchers of water that we poured over the each others heads & of all the participant at the Kineret, and then in turn you/we poured water over other people's head, and in turn they poured water over others, and in turn they poured water over other's head,,,and so on, and so on...

Then we had another small miracle happen Elijahu Singing Horse, who has been working with the Native American Medicine and whom visited Israel last year (has a van with four big STAR OF DAVIDs on it). He
Brought a Chanupa peace pipe and had some kind of bark from the Galilee from his last trip. So the peace pipe and the ceremony of the white Buffalo woman was also powerful synchronicity.

We ended the ritual with blessing people's third eye with Amma's Blessed water from her Puja's in the Bay Area.

So I feel grateful, very grateful and graced to have met you...thank you also Sally & the Japanese team for all your hard work, and these ripples of watery love that is brought forward to many,,,,to many,,,keep the good work,,,this is just the beginning of an exiting Watery Piscian - Uruanian time...

Peace, and Endless Love, Eva

Hello, everyone, this is Barbara Wolf.
Global Meditations Network.

Thank you for helping with the Global Meditation of JULY 25, LOVE AND PEACE TO WATER DAY.

I was at the Atlantic Ocean, east of Washington D.C. Many dolphins came.

At first, I sent Love to the ocean. I visualized that the molecules and atoms of the water were changing to a golden hexagon, the crystalized form of pure water. Then I visualized that all bodies of water on our planet were being transformed by Love so that all became golden hexagons.

Then I visualized I was standing on the moon, like an astronaut, looking down at our beautiful planet with its dark blue oceans. I sent Love to all water on our the planet, including the water within each of our bodies.

I know that you and you and you and you have meditated and have done your work in your own way according to your own wishes. On July 25, all of us have helped dear Mother Earth and humanity.

In the midst of what seems always to be bad news for our planet, July 25 was a day of JOY, of LOVE, of HEALING.

There are several more days coming that are important for us. August 16-17, anniversary of the Harmonic Convergence, is an important moment.

Until August 16-17, let us continue holding within our hearts the JOY, the LOVE, the HEALING of July 25.

Peace, Love, and Light,
Barbara Wolf

Dear Masaru and all of you:

25 of july we were 31 people and one dog, then totally 32!!. It was really excepcional for our little island!.

Some people came later as they have work, then we repeat our LOVE AND THANKS to water when it was night. We were really happy to share with all you this event and we were really happy conecting with water, as you can see in the pictures. I was thinking if it will be correct to send you all the pictures, but really we were in PURE LOVE AND ARMONY, then ALL IS PERFECT, and here you have all of them.

We were in the beach till 2:00, the night and the wheather was really beautiful and the contact with water really a gift. Every time we were into the water we sent our LOVE AND THANKS. The first time we deep into the sea it was in reverence, and later we joy it laughing and singing our LOVE and THANKS.

Many thanks from Menorca for having the opportunity to share this experience.

I have noticed in Gerona (in the mayland), some people were also having their love and thanks to water.
I will send you the report later.

Dear Masaru Emoto!

At 25.7.03 we had a ceremony of love and thank to the water in Bonn /Germany at the river Rhein from seven o clock to 7.15 a.m. It was a wonderful atmosphere with fog over the water. The color of the
Rhein- water was silver-grey. Sorry, we have no photo! Four adults and two children, that was our groop.

I started the ceremony with an opening prayer. After reading a passage out of Your book " Die Antwort des Wassers" we had ten minutes meditation. Veronika, one of the adults, read a personal prayer at the end. Everybody felt the thank and love for the water in his hart.

Dear Masaru Emoto:
Thank you so much for your wonderful work!
With the best wishes for success and many more answers of the water,

Volker Grewel

Dear Dr. Emoto and staff:

Enclosed you will find 3 sets of "before and after"water samples from 3 areas in Minnesota. We are all very happy to participate in your research and I am hoping that the bottles are labeled clearly enough. I have added a description on the next page to clarify and give you some background on the areas sampled. The bottles are also color coded with tape to make it easier to determine which bottles go together. I have enclosed two small maps which will give you an idea of where the rivers are located as well. Please feel free to ask if you would like additional information about the rivers or have questions about the samples. These 3 separate groups were organized individually and were brought together at the end by networking and the internet. I met an amazing group of people that are all very interested in your research and are excited about your coming to Minnesota next spring. The organizer in Anoka, Valerie Liz, was on a local popular radio program that aired nationwide on Friday, an entire hour; I believe she included your love and thanks to the water prayer during the show where she asked the audience of several million listeners to participate. Wow!! There is one other group that Coldwater Spring. I haven't been able to connect with them yet.

I would like to tell you an interesting story but hope that I am not taking too much of your time. At the Anoka site there was a short presentation inside the park building about your research with photographs from your book. There was a man in front of me sitting with his arms tightly crossed that was very skeptical and asked several difficult questions to the presenter regarding your scientific procedure. I then spoke up and said that I had the opportunity to visit your lab in May and went on to answer his questions to his satisfaction. He began to soften a bit and then asked me how I got interested in your work. I then told him about Elizabeth's science project and how she had tried to duplicate your research. I told him that getting everything just right in order to see the crystals was difficult, but that my daughter felt she obtained similar results and had won several awards at the regional and state science fairs with her project and paper. Afterwards, he came up to me and said that he was a retired science teacher and had once been head of the science program in his entire school district. He was very excited that Elizabeth had done so well with her project and became very supportive. He encouraged me to push my daughter to continue with her research and enter more science fairs. He told me about a former student who got a free college education at MIT because of his science fair project. He ended up talking to several other people there for almost an hour after the ceremony about ecology and saving the trees. What this made me realize is that your research is truly a bridge between science and spirituality. It is something concrete, which is unfortunately so important for the western world. It is something people can understand, even a skeptic. Thank you for all your hard work in making "World Love and Thanks to Water Day" a success and for all your incredible research.

Here is a description of the water samples

1) The Saint Croix

This river is a small fairly clean river that starts in Wisconsin and soon becomes the divider between the States of Wisconsin and Minnesota until it empties into the Mississippi. These samples were taken near Hudson, Wisconsin, which is 30-50 miles from the Mississippi.

2) The Mississippi (two rivers peninsula point park)

The Mississippi river starts in northern Minnesota (several hundred miles from where I live) and flows south all the way to the Gulf of Mexico, dividing the United States from east to west. Although it starts out as a clean trickle, it becomes increasingly dirty as it flows south because of the industry along its banks. Even though it is still very much the upper Mississippi here in Minnesota, it is not considered a clean river and the brown color due to the iron ore in the soil makes it seem even less so. By the time it reaches the Gulf it has become quite polluted. The 2 water samples were taken from the Mississippi close to where the Rum River and the Mississippi flow together. This was considered a sacred site by the Indian tribes (Dakota and Chippewa) that once inhabited the land there.

3) The Mississippi (hidden falls park south gate)

This part of the river is approximately 50 miles south of the Anoka site and was chosen because of the proximity to my home in Saint Paul. This river divides Minneapolis and Saint Paul (also known as the twin cities) in this area. Historic fort snelling that played an important role in the 1800's when Minnesota was first settled by fur traders, over looks the park. The river at this point has several bridges and highways overhead as the airport is nearby. There are 3 samples of water from this site. The 1st was taken 2 days before the ceremony because I had originally thought it would be good to get a sample before any prayers were said worldwide. I unfortunately forget to wrap the bottle in foil until 3 days later, however; so this may change the results. I wonder if the worldwide prayers would connect to the water sample in a jar at my house as well as to the natural places of water? The next 2 bottles from this site are from immediately before and after the ceremony.

Dear Mr. Nemoto!

Here I send you water from Lake "Krumme Lanke" before and after our meditation.

At 6.50 I filled the first bottle.

On July we met at Krumme Lanke at 7.00 o'clock in the morning. It was a wonderful silent and warm morning. We were 20 persons.

From 7.00 to 7.30 we meditated our Thank and Love for the water from all our heart.

At 7.30 we swam in the warm lake all the time full of love and thanking for the water. We were swimming for 30 minutes.

At 8.10 I filled the second bottle.

I'm looking forwards to your mail which tells us the result, you found out.

So many people had called me before and I was a little bit disappointed, that only 20 people were there. But I know that a lot of people have said their thank and love for the water all over Berlin.

I left a paper about this meditation at the tree near the lake and I think that a lot of people who came to swim have read it and said their thank to the water all day long.

Love to all of you! (I was the one singing "saita" with Dr. Emoto)

Dear Project of Love and Thanks to Water,

I have enclosed the before and after samples of water we blessed on July 25, 2003.

Thank YOU!

We began as scheduled at KVI beach here on Vashon Island. Our ceremony was very beautiful and there were 65 people there, including many small children. We received a lot of email response prior to the event from our flyer posted on your site. Many people wanted to know if there was a ceremony near to where they lived, from Canada and all over the US. This has been very affirming that there are more people than I could have ever dreamed who honor the water as much as we do here on our Island.

Our ceremony had a musical focus. We played the Crystal Bowls and Didgeridoo's together at 10:00 am as planned. It was a very foggy morning on the Island, but as we began our ceremony the sun opened a small window of light to fall upon us as we played our instruments. We also noticed that the tide was very low, and when we poured our water into the ocean, the tide quickly began to come back in.

The music was beautiful, and after the ceremony most everyone stayed to socialize and play in the water.

Then we split into groups and went to different locations of fresh water on the Island.

I joined a party with Shaheeda Pierce, who is a midwife who provides prenatal care and delivers babies here on Vashon Island. There were about six women, one young gentleman, and several children. We chose to go and bless the waters of Fisher Pond. We brought along a Crystal Bowl to the pond. We did something a little different.

We collected water with several water bugs and placed it into the Crystal Bowl and we added three crystals to the water. We added a six-sided Citrine Crystal to banish negativity and stagnation from the water, programmed with Beauty Love Truth Trust Harmony Peace. We then added a very large Clear Quartz Crystal programmed with the love of the Goddess represented in her three stages of Womanhood, Mother, Maiden, Crone. We also added a special native plant we identified near the pond, forgive me as I cannot recall the Latin name of the plant, but a woman gardener named the plant and flower "Self-Healing".

We then played the Crystal Bowl for ten minutes. We noticed that a vibrational pattern resembling a hexagon danced across the surface of the water. Then as we continued to play the Crystal Bowl, the pond's plant materials gathered together around the "Self-Healing" plant, in the center of the bowl. It was a very loud but calming sound that seemed to become more intense as we smiled and realized something good was happening.

Then the water began to dance higher and higher like a small fountain as we continued to play the vibrational sounds the bowl makes. Continually we as a group, standing in a circle around the bowl, said: "We Thank You Water, We Love You Water, We Respect You Water." We stopped at ten minutes, timed by two people.

The first thing we noticed was that the color of the water was less green, and much clearer. The second thing we noticed was that all the little water bugs were still alive! The plant matter separated into small patches.

We collected a sample of the blessed water from the Crystal Bowl and very gently poured the rest back into Fisher Pond. We stayed and sang many songs, mostly Native American songs from many places and people, while Shaheeda softly played a medicine drum.

We noticed much life in Fisher Pond; we saw little rainbow fish, turtles, ducks, and lots of dragonflies of many colors. More than 80% of the pond's surface is covered in Lily's and mossy stuffs. It seemed to me the pond wasn't getting much sunlight. The color of the water is a greenish, reddish brown. Unpleasant, and I noticed a lot of parasites. There is no way I would allow my child to play in that water.

We have committed to blessing Fisher Pond every month. We as a community grew stronger because of the project. We began to see different things and shared our new perspectives with each other and we all shared our love and reverence for water and the earth.

Thank you for your inspiration,
Bless you.
